Read all to avoid confusion when ordering. Please respect my ToS! Art is my full time job, so I have to price accordingly to my skills, physical health, education, experience, work hours, and taxes.

general

◽️ I have the right to refuse/cancel a commission at any time.
◽️ I reserve the right to post & claim my art & design work as my own.
◽️You are not permitted to trace, recolor, resell my art or pass it off as your own, nor use it for AI or NFTs.
◽️ Upon receiving your commission, I am no longer responsible for your file. Download it ASAP, it will be deleted later.
◽️ I will not replicate another artists' style.

user agreement

◽️ You are expected to have read and understood my ToS before ordering.
◽️ Posting your commission online will include visible credit and a link back to me as the artist, @jeminix2.
◽️ You will only order a commission using my order form.
◽️ Once you've sent me your commission form, wait for me to contact you.
◽️ You will not send me money until AFTER I've reached out to you and confirmed your commission.
◽️ Please keep DMs commission/business related.

Pricing

◽️ Prices listed on my site are my base prices and can increase!
◽️ Currency used/converted to: $USD
◽️ Sales tax is included on your invoice, no matter your payment method.
◽️ Total will be increased to accommodate a transaction fee upon invoice.
◽️ Depending on the complexity of design or commission type + any add-ons requested, prices can increase.
◽️ I ONLY OFFER WHAT IS ON MY WEBSITE. Custom orders/add-ons to standard illustration will have a fee starting at $200.
◽️ VGen users will have the service fee included with their request. To avoid that, commission me directly through my website.
◽️ We can talk about payment plans!

◽️ All reuploads of my work will be watermarked and include credit to me as the artist.

RUSH FEES + WAITLIST

◽️ Rush fee = + 50% of the base price of your commission
◽️ I won't charge you until you're in my current queue.
◽️ Skipping the waitlist will add a rush fee and I will prioritize your commission at the top of my queue.
◽️ No exact deadline will be set unless you give me one.
◽️ If you attach a deadline (within two months) in your order form, a rush fee will be added automatically.
◽️ If you have a slot reserved but have not paid or responded to me in one month, I will remove you from my queue.

revisions

◽️ Minor drawing revisions during the sketch phase are free, but PLEASE have a general idea/pose in mind before you order.
◽️ Entire pose changes will be free for the first 3, after that will begin at $10 each.
◽️ After sketch phase is finished/line art phase begins, color change revisions are free.
◽️ If you want a drawing revision AFTER the line/color phase I will charge a revision fee starting at $50.
◽️ I will not revise a commission after it's been confirmed by the client as "finished" upon time of completion and delivered.
◽️ I will not revise a finished commission I've previously made.
◽️ If you constantly require revisions beyond reason/compare my art to another artist's skill or style, I will immediately refund you and cancel.
◽️ You can select the "Surprise Me" option to get your commission completed faster; no revisions or updates until the final result!

Refunds + Cancellations

◽️ If you are unsatisfied with the final product, I will refund you 10%.
◽️ If you change your mind about wanting a commission when work has begun, you'll be refunded 20-50%, depending how far along I am. If work hasn't begun, you'll be refunded 100%.
◽️ Should conflict arise or violation of my ToS occur, I will cancel your commission. Depending on the cause, I may or may not issue a partial refund.
