Terms of Service

Read all to avoid confusion when ordering. Please respect my ToS! Art is my full time job, so I have to price accordingly to my skills, physical health, education, experience, work hours, and taxes.

general

◽️ I have the right to refuse/cancel a commission at any time.
◽️ I reserve the right to post & claim my art & design work as my own.
◽️ I reserve the right to post WIPs of your commission as I work unless an NDA is stated.
◽️ You are not permitted to resell, edit, trace my work.
◽️ I do not permit AI training or NFT usage of my art. I will not accept clients using AI as references.
◽️ Upon receiving your commission, I am no longer responsible for your file. Download it ASAP, it will be deleted later.
◽️ I will not replicate another artists' style.

wait time

◽️ Illustrations/Sketches: 1 day min, 1 month max
◽️ Vstreaming art/character design: 3 weeks min, 1-3 months max
◽️ If you've been contacted and put on the waitlist, expect to wait 1 week min, 6 months max
◽️ My prices are made according to how fast I work, and I always prioritize commissions in the order they're received. I don't like making people wait!
◽️ If I have not responded to your form, I am not taking commissions at this time.

user agreement

◽️ You are expected to have read and understood my ToS before ordering.
◽️ Posting your commission online will include visible credit and a link back to me as the artist, @jeminix2.
◽️ You will only order a commission using my order form.
◽️ Once you've sent me your commission form, wait for me to contact you.
◽️ You will not send me money until AFTER I've reached out to you and confirmed your commission.
◽️ Please keep DMs commission/business related.

Pricing

Payment Methods Accepted: Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo | Coming Soon: Stripe, Artistree

◽️ Prices listed on my site are my base prices and can increase!
◽️ Currency used/converted to: $ USD
◽️ Sales tax is included on your invoice, no matter your payment method.
◽️ Total be increased to accommodate a transaction fee upon invoice.
◽️ Depending on the complexity of design or commission type + any add-ons requested, prices can increase.
◽️ My prices will change/fluctuate based on their demand. I'll be updating them constantly here on my site, so please stay tuned!
◽️ I ONLY OFFER WHAT IS ON MY WEBSITE. Custom orders/add-ons to standard illustration will have a fee starting at $200.
◽️ VGen users will have the service fee included with their request. To avoid that, commission me directly through my website.
◽️ I can take installments of 2 for commissions over $500!

Personal vs commercial use

◽️ All reuploads of my work will be watermarked and include credit to me as the artist.
◽️ Contact me to discuss merch and commercial use prices and negotiate.

revisions

◽️ Minor drawing revisions during the sketch phase are free, but PLEASE have a general idea/pose in mind before you order.
◽️ Entire pose changes will be free for the first 3, after that will begin at $10 each.
◽️ After sketch phase is finished/line art phase begins, color change revisions are free.
◽️ If you want a drawing revision AFTER the line/color phase I will charge a revision fee starting at $50.
◽️ I will not revise a commission after it's been confirmed by the client as "finished" upon time of completion and delivered.
◽️ I will not revise a finished commission I've previously made.
◽️ If you constantly require revisions beyond reason/compare my art to another artist's skill or style, I will immediately refund you and cancel.
◽️ You can select the "Surprise Me" option to get your commission completed faster; no revisions or updates until the final result!

RUSH FEES + WAITLIST

My Twitter bio will have my commission status and slots visible. I work on multiple commissions at the same time (current queue). My turnaround time for those on the current queue can range from 1 week - 4 months. When my queue gets long, I have a waitlist.

◽️ Fill out the order form to check if there's a waitlist. I'll respond to your form placing you on the waitlist and keep in contact.
◽️ I won't charge you until you're in my current queue.
◽️ Skipping the waitlist will add a rush fee and I will prioritize your commission at the top of my queue.
◽️ No exact deadline will be set unless you give me one.
◽️ If you attach a deadline (within two months) in your order form, a rush fee will be added automatically.
◽️ Rush fee = + 50% of the base price of your commission
◽️ Because my prices can change, if you are on the waitlist while they change, once your slot is moved to my current queue, you will pay the price that is currently listed.
◽️ If you have a slot reserved but have not paid or responded to me in one month, I will remove you from my queue.

Refunds + Cancellations

◽️ If you are unsatisfied with the final product, I will refund you 10%.
◽️ If you change your mind about wanting a commission when work has begun, you'll be refunded 20-50%, depending how far along I am. If work hasn't begun, you'll be refunded 100%.
◽️ Should conflict arise or violation of my ToS occur, I will cancel your commission. Depending on the cause, I may or may not issue a partial refund.

Basic Live2D Model Includes:◽️ Style 1 or 2
◽️ PSD + PNG file of your model (ready to rig)
◽️ 4 basic expression toggles
◽️ Your character must be already designed!
◽️ + $150 design fee if you haven't visually designed your character and you'd like me to design it with you.
◽️ Only one character at a time for these.

Base price for a Live2D model can start here but is subject to increase.

Add-ons for your model can include extra or alternative toggles. Toggles will be added to the price of your model.

◽️ Outfit toggles - Clothing accessories, objects, jewelry, outerwear, add-ons or alternatives.
